Manish Bhatia

Mr. Manish Bhatia is the MD & CEO at DIC India Limited. He has more than two decades of experience and he been with DIC for more than two years. He also holds a Masters degree in Management from Xavier’s Institute of Management along with Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a certification in Blue Ocean Strategy from one of world’s leading business schools-INSEAD, France. In addition to it, he also holds a specialization in Strategic Marketing from National University of Singapore and a certification in Brand Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. Prior to joining DIC he worked with brands like HSIL Limited, AkzoNobel, Grindwell Norton and Mannesmann Demag.

Praveen Asthana

Mr. Praveen Asthana is the Head of Operations at DIC India Limited. He has more than two decades of experience and has been with DIC India Limited for almost a year. He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He is responsible for Manufacturing, procurement, Logistics, Planning, Projects, Safety & Excellence at DIC India Limited. He focuses his time at DIC India on Plant Operations, Manufacturing cost, SCM transformation, Value creation in Procurement & Logistics, Safety & sustainability and Excellence for continuous improvement.

Gagan Deep Singh

He is a seasoned finance professional having more than 20 years of experience in accounting and controllership, financial planning, analysis, treasury and tax.

He joined DIC India Limited in April 2016 and has extensive knowledge of its various business segments and experience in supporting its business operations, financial planning and analysis and business process improvement

Manjusha Singh

With over two decades of experience in B2B sales and marketing in the packaging industry, Singh brings a wealth of expertise to DIC India. She has a strong track record of leading and transforming global sales organisations, having held significant roles in leading companies where she demonstrated her ability to drive growth and implement strategic leadership.

Prior to this, Singh was associated with Tetra Pak, where she spent over 20 years. She joined the company in the year 2004 as its key account manager. Holding many key positions during her long tenure, she advanced to the role of vice president-global sales and marketing transformation, in the year 2021. Her leadership experience spans across India, Italy, Thailand, and Switzerland, providing her with a broad international perspective. Her professional journey began in 1999 at Huhtamaki as its deputy sales manager.

Dr. Kamakshi Christopher

Dr. Kamakshi Christopher holds a Ph.D. in Applied Organic Chemistry from CLRICSIR and MSc in Applied Chemistry from Anna University and has over 23 years of experience in research, innovation, and technology leadership across coatings, inks, and adhesives industries. At DIC India, she has been leading the flexible packaging and adhesives verticals and is actively involved in the innovation roadmap for DIC India.

Sudeep Majumdar

Mr. Sudeep Majumdar serves as the Sr. Vice President & Head of Human Resources for the DIC India Strategic Business Unit. With over two decades of extensive experience in strategic HR functions, he brings expertise in talent management, organizational development, industrial relations, and employee engagement.

Mr. Majumdar holds an MBA and an MA in Applied Psychology, further strengthening his capability to lead diverse HR initiatives.

In his role, he will oversee HR, Industrial Relations, Administration, and CSR functions across all DIC business operations in India. He will play a key role in driving the objectives of DIC Group’s Vision 2030.
