Manish Bhatia
MD & CEO
Mr. Manish Bhatia is the MD & CEO at DIC India Limited. He has more than two decades of experience and he been with DIC for more than two years. He also holds a Masters degree in Management from Xavier’s Institute of Management along with Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a certification in Blue Ocean Strategy from one of world’s leading business schools-INSEAD, France. In addition to it, he also holds a specialization in Strategic Marketing from National University of Singapore and a certification in Brand Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. Prior to joining DIC he worked with brands like HSIL Limited, AkzoNobel, Grindwell Norton and Mannesmann Demag.
Taishi Nojima
Director & COO
Mr. Taishi Nojima is the Whole Time Director and COO at DIC India Limited. He has more than three decades of experience and has been DIC Inc for more than thirty-one years. He has completed his Bachelors Degree in Commerce from WASEDA University, Tokyo, Japan. Prior to Joining DIC India, Mr. Nojima worked at a leadership position of General Manager of Corporate Business Planning & Administrative Department of DIC Graphics.. He is a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.
Sandip Chatterjee
CFO
Mr. Sandip Chaterjee is the Chief Finance Officer at DIC India Limited. He has more than three decades of experience and has been with DIC India Limited for more than thirty-one years. He has completed his Chartered Accountancy. He is responsible for Responsible for treasury, costing , accounts & taxation for direct & indirect at DIC India Limited. He focuses his time at DIC India on working capital and new projects.
Anubhav Gupta
Head - Sales & Marketing
Mr. Anubhav Gupta is the Head of Sales & Marketing at DIC India Limited. He has more than two decades of experience and has been with DIC India Limited for almost two years. He has completed his master’s Degree in PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is responsible for the sales and marketing function at DIC India Limited. He focuses his time at DIC India on driving digitilazation process for sales management, enhance value selling capabilities and deployment of marketing initiatives for brand build up.
Utsab Choudhuri
Head - Technology
Mr. Utsab Choudhuri is the Head of Technology at DIC India Limited. He has more than three decades of experience and has been with DIC India Limited for thirty-one years. He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering from Kolkata University. He is responsible for new technology, products and solutions at DIC India Limited. He focuses his time at DIC India on continual qualitative change of each business sector, Effective value engineering to create more RMP and profit while ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions.
Raghav Shukla
Head - Legal & Company Secretary
Mr. Raghav Shukla is the Head of Legal & Compliance at DIC India Limited. He has more than two decades of experience and has been with DIC India Limited for almost five years. He has completed his LLB from Delhi University. He is responsible for Governance-Board, Committee and shareholders meeting overall legal support to the business along with ethics & compliance at DIC India Limited. He focuses his time at DIC India on legal and company secretary.
Praveen Asthana
Head - Operations
Mr. Praveen Asthana is the Head of Operations at DIC India Limited. He has more than two decades of experience and has been with DIC India Limited for almost a year. He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He is responsible for Manufacturing, procurement, Logistics, Planning, Projects, Safety & Excellence at DIC India Limited. He focuses his time at DIC India on Plant Operations, Manufacturing cost, SCM transformation, Value creation in Procurement & Logistics, Safety & sustainability and Excellence for continuous improvement.
Rahul Bharat
Head of Human Resources
Mr. Rahul Bharat is the Head of Human Resources at DIC India Limited. He has more than two decades of experience and has been with the company since September 2022. He has done Master’s in Human Resources from Pune University and has a Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP) Certification from HRCI, US. He is responsible for the entire gamut of HR, IR, Administration and CSR function. He focuses his time at DIC India to devise and drive Human Resources Strategies focusing on productivity, growth and driving engagement across the business operations in India and related geographies.
