The ink feed is high

Ink strength is low,change to high strength ink for better feed

Improper setting of inking & dampening roller

Set the plate inking rollers with less pressure to the distributor & plate

Plate inking roller too hard

Recommended hardness 25 deg-30deg shore for better results

Poor splitting, water runs into the inking unit

Check ink consistency & formulation to avoid splitting

Rubber rollers too smooth

Deglaze the rollers for better results

The ink is accepting too much dampening solution

Check ink formulation and use accordingly for better dampning

The water feed to the printing plate is high.

It is to be set just above the point of ink catch up on plate but always with ink marking on the plates leading edge
