Refurbish the roller for better results
Deposit on inking roller due to Calcium in fluid
Reduce the deposits by adding Buffer
Incompatible roller or blanket
Change to Combi roller
Ink is too tacky
Adjust the tack using a tack reducer or change to low tack ink
Prepolymerisation of the ink, ink distribution is disturbed
Check the roller exposure to UV rays, ask the formulator to modify the inks.
Surface tension of substrate is low
Use treated substrate or apply prime to maintain surface tension
Washing agent residue on the roller.
Properly dry the roller to avoid any residue on the roller
