Coating dissolves the ink, which may stain the coating
Use resistant pigment or check the presence of solvent in coating-replace the coating
Ink bulid up on the blanket
Clean the blanket & do a print run
Ink gets stiff in the fountain
Run the duct agitator,may add a compatible uv varnish 1-5%, change to new ink
