Check blanket, if it is old, replace with new one or rejuvinate blanket with Blanket rejuvenater.
Print with over emulsified ink
Clean the rollers & remove ink from duct. Put fresh ink, start printing with minimum water value.
Uneven paper absorbency & surface smoothness
Change with different brand paper
