Check to see if the film is treated on both sides
Try one-sided film
Ink has lost solubility creating a surface tack. Tacky inks are prone too blocking/offsetting
Add active(True) solvents for resin to remove surface tact
Ink is not drying properly
Add faster drying solvents and/or increase air delivery.
Ink or top lacquer is soft or has a low melting point
Remake ink or lacquer or use new ink
Ink/Varnish are over plasticizied
Remake ink or varnish, add antiblock agent for better results
Moisture condensation appears on chill roll
Check and reset chill roll temperature above dew point
Reset chill rolls to above dew point eliminate moisture
Rewind pressure is excessive on web
Reduce web tension to reduce pressure
