Coating Weight of the adhesive is too low
1. Check gravure cylinder & re engrave if cells are choked
2. Increase the coating weight of the adhesive
Solvent retention in the laminate.
1.Check the drying temperature
2. Ensure the line speed does not exceed the drying efficiency of the machine.
